The Range® Meat Cutter certificate program is comprehensive. Take your time and study the material. We anticipate it will take approximately 40 hours to complete the Range®Meat Cutter Poultry (RMCP201) Range® Meat Cutter Lamb, Range Meat Cutter Pork, and Range®Meat Cutter Beef (RMCB201) certificate courses.
Time will vary depending on individual learning styles.
